CNH Industrial is building the next generation of connected vehicles and equipment, which will create new experiences and make our products smarter. To bring these products to market, we are seeking an experienced and passionate team member to build Internet of Things / Connected Solutions. The candidate will have a strong project management background with experience in software product development.


  • Solution Management is responsible for defining and supporting the build of capable and sustainable enabling technologies which underpin multiple customer-facing digital solutions.
  • Effectively plan and manage business’s Digital Product / Services evolution needs.
  • Support business stakeholders and Sr. Solution Manager in feature prioritization and implementation planning according to the Business Objectives and expected value delivered.
  • Proactively showcase opportunities to the business regarding new technologies or solutions.
  • Identify and discuss with Product Management the enablers required for their solutions and prioritize activity to match Product / Service implementation and execution needs.
  • Support the scoping / qualification process for (cross) product value delivery and facilitate issue resolution and risk mitigation between the business and Digital Operations.
  • Understand the connection between specific business initiatives, projects or programs and Digital Service and Factory Operations in order to deliver value​-creating projects.



  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or Business Administration.
  • 5 years’ experience working in information systems, digital product, process engineering, software development, quality assurance or systems architecture.
  • 3 years’ experience in a project management role working with cross-functional and international stakeholders in management, engineering, supplier, and/or product development teams.
  • Direct experience with agile methodologies.
  • Experience using agile development and collaboration tools including such as Azure DevOps, Microsoft Teams, Jira, Confluence, and Slack.
  • Expertise in application and information architecture.
  • Good leadership and communication skills – Able to facilitate and guide activities of a cross-functional product development team, including delivery timing and risk mitigation plans for assigned projects.
  • Able to identify, diagnose and seek direction resolving cross-functional team performance issues to ensure the best functioning of the project team.
  • Experience combining multiple technologies into solutions addressing targeted business function/market/category demands while demonstrating potential new opportunities.
  • Desire to learn new skills and technologies.

Preferred Requirements:

  • Master’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or Business Administration.Certified Scrum Master.
  • PMP certificate.
  • Experience in projects with device-embedded software/electronics and/or telemetry/connectivity- on or off-highway commercial vehicles a plus.
  • Experience in digital agriculture or other connected/digital/IoT domain
