Responsibilities

Primary Job Function:

  • Identification of segment strategy and priorities
  • Positioning and identification of potential targets and preliminary approach
  • Coordination and link with M&A, legal and other functions in the segment in case of due diligence
  • Define & support the various streams of developments included in the strategic business plan

Essential Responsibilities:

 

ANALYSES:

  • Identify the relevant analyses to drive a complex decision
  • Structure the analyses’ process to ensure a timely and quality response
  • Perform directly the analyses, eventually coaching junior resources
  • Derive independently key findings evaluating the impact on the answer
  • Drive the development of the Business Case together with Finance
  • Capable to share and discuss the outcomes with the Senior Management

DOCUMENTATION PREPARATION:

  • Identify the relevant documents to be prepared
  • Develop executive reports in effective and concise manner in close coordination with relevant functions
  • Collect internal and external data needed for the preparation of documentations
  • Negotiate the documents with partners and close loops with internal functions.
  • Propose improvements of the documentation

PROJECT MANAGEMENT:

  • Develop the project timetable
  • Ensure on time delivery
  • Identify roadblocks and propose solutions, eventually escalating to the Management
  • Ensure alignment of functions and partners
  • Provide the Head of Strategy with continuous updates
  • Prepare project updates

CLIENT MANAGEMENT:

  •  Manage directly the relationship with internal stakeholders and external partners

Qualifications

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree Engineering, Economics or relevant degree, MBA a plus
  • 6+ years of experience in Sales & Marketing, Finance, Business Development, or Management Consulting
  • Ability to analyze industry trends and competition
  • Experience in complex modeling for Business Plan and Valuation
  • Willing to travel Domestic and International 
  • Ability to develop strong and trustful relationship with senior managers and partners
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and to work independently with minimal supervision
