The Marketing and Communications Project Manager will play a key role in the development and tactical execution of Marketing Communications initiatives for end-user customer and intermediary dealer/ internal sales marketing channels to meet aggressive customer acquisition goals. Additional support required in the areas of Brand Support, Farm/Trade Shows and Advertising.


  • Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns that are measurable and reportable, and support key objectives.
  • Positively influence awareness of CNH Industrial Capital by promoting programs and brand support through effective communications, internally and externally.
  • Build relationships within the CNH Industrial organization to support collaboration among brands, all of which enhances the customer experience.
  • Take an active role in writing/editing and communication materials to support CNH Industrial Capital needs, and work cross-functionally across the company to executive marketing tactics.
  • Take an active role in the successful planning, development and tactical execution of marketing campaigns, as follows:
    • Field Marketing & Communications – Assist in the design of marketing and sales materials to support key distribution channels (i.e., Dealers, Distributors, Coops, etc.) in alignment with Commercial and CNH Industrial Capital product and program strategies that include dealer storefront positioning, collateral materials, Dealer Portal and sales support tools.
    • Brand and Advertising Design and Development – Role is instrumental in effective design, development and integration of end-user-facing CNH Industrial Capital products and programs across the North American marketplace.
    • Trade Shows –Further the organizational presence at all industry-related distribution and end-user trade shows including methodology to respond to customer inquiry generated at all trade show activities.


  • Bachelor's degree (BA/BS/BBA), in marketing, journalism, communications or business.
  • 3+ years of applicable marketing communications experience.

The preferred candidate will have:

  • Applicable industry-related or agency experience is preferred.
  • Experience using data to make marketing recommendations, and building in metrics to assess campaign success.
  • Experience with a variety of marketing mediums, including: digital, web, direct mail, social media, advertising.
  • Experience communicating to a multi-channel distribution network consisting of a variety of audiences: internal, dealer, end-user customer.
  • Experience managing multiple projects with complex initiatives; and delivering on-deadline and within budget.
  • Experience managing a budget is required.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Exceptional presentation and both writing and editing skills, as well as strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to think strategically and develop sound solutions for multiple audiences.
  • Experience with providing marketing support to various types of stake holders.
  • Candidate needs to be a self-starter / motivated / high energy. Candidate needs to possess effective organization skills.
