We are currently seeking a Supplier Collaboration Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for working with the company's CNH Industrial Supplier Collaboration Network (CSCN) portal on a global basis. The primary job function is working with CNH Industrial's direct material and parts suppliers for manufacturing and service parts to ensure that they understand and use the company's supplier collaboration business processes - purchase orders, material requirements, advanced ship notices (ASN), transportation and invoicing. In addition, there will be a secondary responsibility supporting e-commerce (EDI) processes.


Responsibilities include:

  • Assist with the business requirements definition, testing and implementation of new processes and system enhancements developed for supplier collaboration. Also, assist with the expansion and roll out of CSCN to other sectors and other regions within the company.
  • Requires regular interaction with suppliers and transportation carriers to provide guidance in the use of and support for the processes and systems of supplier collaboration including EDI. This includes troubleshooting and issue resolution for reported problems and questions anywhere in the process cycle for suppliers, and internal company users and systems.
  • Provide training for suppliers, plants, service parts and other internal company users on delivery schedules, promises, pickup notifications, advanced ship notices, barcode labels, invoicing.
  • Lead small to medium size projects related to supplier collaboration and supply chain tools and processes.
  • Coordinate and facilitate collaboration between manufacturing plants, Service Parts, Purchasing, Finance, Logistics, Supply Chain and ICT to improve and support supplier collaboration processes and activity.
  • Main focus is in the North American region, but there is also significant responsibility related to the other regions - Europe, Latin America, Asia, etc. The scope is for all sectors and brands in the company.
  • Work with plants and 3PL warehouse providers for automated Advanced Ship Notice receiving
  • Communicate Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to plants and suppliers to drive compliance and data quality for the above processes


The qualified candidate will have:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 3+ years of experience in the following areas:
  • Working knowledge of supplier collaboration processes
  • Manufacturing ERP/MRP systems
  • Having held a position within materials management, scheduling, materials planning, supply chain or procurement.


The ideal candidate will have:

  • Strong communication skills to work with teams globally
  • Proven project management skills and experience
  • Technical expertise with computer systems and networks
  • Degree in Business or Industrial disciplines a plus
  • EDI experience
  • Demonstrated working knowledge of MS Office; advanced Excel and Access skills required
  • Strong analytical and investigative skills
  • Other languages a plus -- Italian, Portuguese, Spanish
