CNH Industrial is building our next generation of precision solutions and connected equipment that will light up new experiences and allow our customers to realize more value from our products and services. To bring these products to market, we are seeking a Precision Automation Program Manager within the Ag Digital and Precisions Solutions product line, to drive the development and launch of innovative precision automation & autonomy solutions to a global customer market.

Responsibilities

  • Drive the delivery of advanced Automation and Autonomy solutions to market.
  • Manage multiple programs in parallel to ensure invention, proof of concept, and product delivery projects are all progressing at the necessary pace for a continued stream of value to the market.
  • Coordinate with other program managers to ensure enabling technologies are available when needed.
  • Engage with Product Owners to ensure technology delivery plans are progressing as needed.
  • Monitor and as needed communicate with management the status, risks, and support needs for your programs.
  • Support the capacity and competence planning of our resources to ensure your portfolio delivery needs can be met.
  • Develop plans for new programs, proofs of concept, and trials. Assist the platform manager in building the business case for presentation to executive management for funding.
  • Identify and manage risks across the program and the various delivery teams. Develop mitigation and communication plans and provide coaching and guidance to delivery leads on improving the risk profile of their projects.
  • Work together with the Cloud and Vehicle platforms to ensure successful delivery of end-to-end precision and digital solutions on Tractors, Crop Production, Hay & Forage, Harvesting, and Construction Equipment.
  • Contribute to the collective Program Management community to advance maturity as a whole

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Project Management, Business Administration, or related discipline.
  • Minimum of 8 years in product development
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in project management and cross-functional team collaboration
  • Microsoft Project, or equivalent project planning software platform
  • Experience managing several projects simultaneously
  • Experience working with cross cultural teams and regions
  • Strong leadership and communication skills with ability to present across multiple levels of the organization
  • Strong conflict resolution and change management principles and practices

Preferred Qualifications:

 

  • PMP Certification
  • Precision Agricultural background
