Supporting our global presence CNH Industrial has developed external portals for both our customers and dealers. These portals are the interface to the CNHi backend which allow us to sell our data subscriptions, manage expirations, and deliver a seamless customer experience. Part of the seamless experience requires an end to end view with focus on unique and common country requirements for these systems. Billing, currencies, and data privacy issues are some of the variables that require attention to make our systems dependable and reliable. CHNi is looking for a Connectivity Launch Product Specialist to aid in our success with these systems for all country launches on a global level. These systems span across both our Ag and CE segments within the company with many opportunities for feature and process enhancement.


  • Work with cross functional vehicle platforms to educate on requirements prior to launch.
  • Understand and track readiness of multiple components of a connected vehicle necessary for a successful launch (CRM, Dealer & Customer Portals, Data Storage & Regulation, etc.)
  • Host and coordinate requirement reviews alongside region PS&T stakeholders to ensure the customer voice is heard
  • Participate in planning and technical reviews of new features or gaps needed for regional launches and stay current with project progress.
  • Host frequent readiness update calls with regional stakeholders and communicate across internal teams and stakeholders
  • Understand and highlight at risk launches
  • Strategic feature road mapping and coordination with product management
  • Ensure correct Billing structure for each county (Agriculture and Construction)
  • Own new technical solutions for company billing process
  • Submit requests for new features through the proper CRB process
  • Aid product management in prioritizing and understand new feature request
  • Represent the Country Rollout issues during “Problem Review Boards”
  • Support the setup, procedures, and escalations during validation
  • Help escalate and resolve issues as needed to ensure smooth product launch
  • Provide insight into best practices (e.g. other outside experience, lessons learned, non-reversible corrective actions etc.)
  • Assist in identifying root-cause, systemic issues impeding the organization
  • Work with the Product Marketing and Regional Program Managers to help identify key stakeholders
  • Ability to manage multiple different regions and subregions rollout schedules.
  • Flexibility to work across multiple time zones and stakeholders.


Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Project Management, Business Administration, or related discipline.
  • 5+ years in product development
  • Microsoft Project, or equivalent project planning software platform
  • Experience managing several projects simultaneously
  • Experience working with cross cultural teams and regions
  • Strong leadership and communication skills with ability to present across multiple levels of the organization
  • Strong conflict resolution and change management principles and practices

Preferred Qualifications:


  • Familiarity with the CNH Industrial product line and backend systems
  • Experience working with Scrum and SAFe frameworks
  • The ability to travel
