As a Case IH Precision Field Sales representative, you will be responsible for managing the U.S. - Southeastern territory to support sales and distribution of Precision Farming products sold as factory installed through the Case IH brand and CNH Industrial Aftermarket Solutions (AMS). This role will act as the lead expert while partnering with CNH Industrial Commercial, Case IH and AMS brands in developing the Precision Farming business. Ideal candidate will be located in west Tennessee or Northern Mississippi area.
Territory to cover MO, TN, MS, KY, AL, GA, FL
Provide Precision Farming and application expertise to the CNH Industrial Commercial field teams, Case IH field team, CNH Industrial Parts & Service, dealers, and customers
Partner with the Case IH Brand to target dealers with high potential for Precision Farming products and optimize performance through the development and implementation of a territory business plan
Promote brand and product awareness by supporting dealer-sponsored customer sales events and precision farming displays at trade shows
Assist dealers in expanding customer base through the development of annual business plans and ongoing sale of Precision Farming products
Ensure dealer product certification and delivery of sales and product training initiatives to dealership staff
Responsible to meet annual sales targets for Precision Farming options on whole goods and aftermarket sales for assigned territory
Support Commercial Case IH Brand field sales team as Precision Farming solution expert during demo or other hands-on customer phase of sales pursuance
Participate in competitive acquisition of accounts including supporting the conversion of customers' current technology and data to Case IH Precision Farming solutions, enabling conversion of whole goods to the commercial Case IH brand
Bachelor's Degree in Agricultural Technology, Agriculture Business, Engineering, or related field plus 2+ years of experience in Precision Farming technology sales, support, development, or related field work
OR Associate's Degree with 4+ years of Precision Farming technology sales, support, development, or related field work
OR HS Diploma with 6+ years of Precision Farming technology sales, support, development, or related field work
2+ years of direct selling experience
Ability to travel up to 70% of the time
The preferred candidate will have experience with the following:
3+ years of experience in Precision Farming technology sales, support, development, or related field work
Strong knowledge and understanding of Agriculture Equipment industry and products
Prior experience working with CNH Industrial equipment
Field experience with an OEM or dealership preferred
Ability to work well as product expert in a team sales environment
Ability to work with minimal direct supervision
Superior written and oral communication skills, including presentation skills
Strong relationship building and supplier management skills
