The Technical Training & Support Specialist will deliver Service Training courses in support of Construction brands for dealer service technicians, field personnel, and internal company personnel. They will work in a team environment to deliver training curriculum on assigned products while maintaining a professional training environment.  In addition, they will provide expert technical advice to dealership service department technicians as well as to the CNH Industrial Field Service people while helping improve reliability and serviceability of CNH Industrial products.


As the Technical Training & Support Specialist you will:


  • Become a “Product Expert” on assigned product for both training & support purposes
  • Design, Develop, & Deliver Technical Training courses for dealership technicians, field personnel, and CNH Industrial personnel.
  • Ensure training courses and materials meet department guidelines.
  • Answer technical questions from dealership & CNH Industrial personnel on assigned products with diagnostic and troubleshooting skills using personal knowledge, experience, and available reference material.
  • Document all technical questions and data in the contact management system for assigned products.
  • Structure answers consistent with objectives while being attentive to the cost of repairs to all parties involved.
  • Coordinate travel, supporting material and equipment logistics for on site and off site training courses.
  • Work at off-site locations to present localized training & provide product support. (Approx. 20-40 % of the time).


Qualified candidate will have: 

  • Associates Degree and a minimum of three years of equipment troubleshooting experience OR a High School Diploma with a minimum of five years of equipment troubleshooting experience
  • 1+ years of product or customer support experience


The preferred candidate will have: 

  • Working knowledge of Machine Control & Telematics
  • Equipment diagnostic experience
  • Experience with dealership service department activities, especially maintenance and repair of construction equipment. 
  • Technical Knowledge in one or more of the following product areas: Agriculture or Construction equipment with emphasis on power trains, hydraulic, electrical, and electronic systems 
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Comprehensive computer skills
  • Technical experience relating to diagnostics of mechanical, electrical (12 or 24 volt DC) and hydraulic systems. 
  • Strong familiarity with Dealership business practices relating to product support 
  • Knowledge or experience with Adult Learning Methodology & Remote/Distance Learning
