We are currently seeking a Global Materials Analyst to join our team.  


  • Lead multiple cross-functional, global projects ensuring best solutions are being developed and implemented on time.
  • Work in a Global Team ensuring governance of planning processes and method alignment.
  • Analyze and monitor the global KPIs & trends to support the Materials management team developing new ideas and mitigation steps
  • Lead cross regional change management driving global communication and coordination of global activities, processes, & projects.
  • Define global processes from sourcing to final distribution to optimize inventory budget, service level, & cost.
  • Influence MM Colleagues to apply best practices relating to parameters & processes to optimize inventory budget, service level, & cost.


The qualified candidate will have:

  • Bachelor's degree is required; Engineering/Business/Economics preferred
  • 3+ years Supply Chain experience
  • 2+ years Materials Management experience (specifically Inventory, Planning, Procurement and related processes)
  • 1+ years Project Management experience
  • 1+ years Analytics experience analyzing, collecting, and presenting data

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Capacity to lead cross regional meetings & projects
  • Experience in an Aftermarket Solutions environment
  • Experience with Agile, JIT, Kanban methodologies
  • Good Negotiation skills
  • Has Cultural Awareness & Cultural Sensitivity
  • Experience working in a high autonomy environment
  • 1+ Years Inventory Management knowledge
  • 1+ Years Logistics/Distribution knowledge
  • Master’s Degree
  • Fluent in English
