Business Architecture is the practice that connects the needs and directions of the business to the delivery means.  It connects the business community with the technical community in a manner that allows traceability of decisions from one group to another.  The opportunities identified in these investigations and models are prioritized and closed to improve the stability, efficiency, and quality of the CNH Industrial business. We are current seeking a Business Architect to support the Agriculture Digital and Precision Solutions & Telematics organizaion.


  • Apply the principles defined in the Business Architecture Guild to CNH Industrial.
  • Gather disparate information about the CNH organization and its products and structure it into artifacts that are consumable by all levels of the organization.
  • Participate in an advisory role to support key decision making of the business.
  • Respond to requests from the business to assist in the structuring of models and data to support decision making on key business problems.
  • Investigate and close modeling gaps associated with reported quality issues or issues deemed high risk.
  • Identify modeling gaps and delegate to Architecture community for closure



  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science or related field
  • 8+ years of experience in Product Development
  • Practical experience in system design or quality role
  • Experience modeling business processes using a variety of tools and techniques



  • Experience with tools and activities similar to: Visio, Sparx EA, UML, sequence diagraming, organizational diagraming
  • Experience in lean manufacturing and/or Six Sigma
  • Exposure to the software development process
