The successful HR Business Manager will be located in New Holland, PA, with responsibility to support a group of Engineering and Quality employees in New Holland, PA and various other CNH Industrial locations in North America. The role will utilize and understand business strategies to assess HR implications and address any issues by providing objective and confident solutions.


Understand the organization's business strategies in order to provide HR insights and solutions to business challenges

Maintain familiarity and compliance with all local, state, federal employment and EEO laws to ensure effective and timely employment actions and decisions

Counsel managers and supervisors on HR policies, procedures, compensation and benefit programs, and disciplinary actions to ensure consistent and fair treatment of all employees

Understand the company's total compensation strategy and facilitate pay actions

Manage the staffing process to ensure positions are filled in a timely manner with high quality candidates, this includes discussing staffing needs with line managers, screening applicants and participating in the interview process

Ensure timely and clear communication within the business unit on HR policies, practices and initiatives

Manage necessary data input and reporting using applicable HR systems

Encourage and build positive employee relations


Bachelor's degree and 5+ years experience in HR Generalist role OR Associates degree and 8+ years of experience as HR Generalist role 


Preferred Skills/Experience:

Previous experience with a large, global organization

Experience working with management on talent attraction and retention initiatives

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Must being organized, able to multi-task, and prioritize work

Strong attention to detail and analytical ability

Past experience in a plant/manufacturing setting
