We are currently seeking a dynamic Business Support Specialist to manage region operations as key support function for the Regional Sales Director (RSD), focusing on region market opportunity analysis and segmentation, regional sales program & marketing initiatives, region-specific demand planning and availability/inventory management, and quarterly regional business plans.

Responsibilities

  • Act as liaison between Marketing and the Regional team, supporting the development & execution of the strategic marketing plans to drive attainment of retail, market share and margin objectives
  • Support the Territory Sales Manager (TSM) to build Prospects based on the available Marketing programs, leads, promotions
  • Support Marketing and TSM to develop sales programming & promotional materials for effective communication of product value, features and benefits to the dealer network
  • Act as a liaison between Demand Planning and the Regional team to manage field inventory and production planning for the Units to be sold in the Region
  • Support the Regional Sales Director (RSD) and the TSM on regional order writing objective setting to achieve wholesale, retail and inventory targets
  • Drive the Reflow management activity at Regional level, granting alignment with Commercial Operations (Quarterly and Annual Forward looking comparisons; Order Writing Allocation adjustments for ending inventory management; Retail (PO) opportunity and risk management)
  • Support the RSD and Commercial Operations in the Incentive Compensation Management (Target definition and communication to the field team; Achievement to target reporting and communication; Focal point for IC at Regional level)
  • Consolidate the Market Intelligence information at Regional level (Competition, Product offering, Market forecasting)

Qualifications

The qualified candidate will have:

  • Bachelor Degree
  • 3+ years of experience in a Marketing, Sales Support, Demand Planning, or Product Specialist related position

The preferred candidate will have:

  • Basic CNH Industrial product knowledge
  • Advanced Microsoft suite skills
  • Data Base management
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to negotiate
