CNH Industrial is seeking a Market Intelligence Analyst who will gather, analyze, and aggregate market intelligence data into sound market and product assessment datasets to be used in marking informed business decisions about the scope and structure of the CNH Industrial product portfolio.


  • Gather market intelligence information through research and analysis of various internal and external sources. Consolidate into structured datasets communicating market and business trends and opportunities
  • Perform research and analysis involving competitors, pricing, sales, and methods of marketing, existing and potential customer preferences, economic conditions, advertising, distribution, and other factors that may influence future sales, market positioning, or product offering 
  • Develop and maintain dashboards for monitoring key Business Intelligence data and trends and perform necessary database management 
  • Utilize quantitative and qualitative data, providing data synthesis & analysis which links multiple inputs in support of decision-making
    Create standard and/or adhoc reports, and any additional documents, as required
  • May aid in design and implementation of intelligence and analytics software systems and solutions  
  • Support other special projects and assignments, as required
  • This role pays from $60,000-$70,000


Required Qualifications:

  • BS Degree in Business, Engineering, Management Information Systems or related field
  • 3+ years of combined work experience in product planning or category management, insights, business intelligence, analytics, or a similar business function

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience interpreting complex data and information and representing it in clear, understandable reports, charts and graphs to be used by multiple stakeholders
  • Skilled in the use of Business Intelligence & Analytics software systems
  • Experience in off-road industry desirable
  • Proficient in MS Office software with advanced skills in MS-Excel
  • Knowledgeable in Microsoft SharePoint
  • Ability to apply individual expert judgment in data synthesis & analysis
  • Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills for working with distributed, multi-cultural teams
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and multiple activities
