  • Conceptualize and own data architecture for multiple analytics projects, while evaluating design and operational cost-benefit tradeoffs within Azure Cloud infrastructure.
  • Contribute to frameworks that improve the efficacy of logging data, while working with upstream infrastructure to triage issues and resolve.
  • Collaborate with program/product managers, architects, and data scientists to understand data needs, representing key data insights visually in a meaningful way.
  • Define and manage SLA for all data sets in allocated areas of ownership.
  • Address data quality issues and evolve governance processes within areas of ownership.
  • Design, build, and launch collections of sophisticated data models and visualizations that support multiple use cases across different products within Analytics Data Product.
  • Solve challenging data integration problems, utilizing optimal ETL patterns, frameworks, query techniques, sourcing from structured and unstructured data sources.
  • Build and optimize pipelines, dashboards, frameworks, and systems to facilitate easier development of data artifacts.
  • Assist in owning existing processes running in production, optimizing complex code through advanced algorithmic concepts.
  • This position pays $85,000-$115,000


Required Qualifications:

  • BS/BA in Computer Science, Technical Field, Mathematics or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in the data warehouse space.
  • 3+ years of experience in custom ETL design, implementation and maintenance.
  • 3+ years of experience with object-oriented programming languages.
  • 3+ years of experience with schema design and dimensional data modeling.
  • 3+ years of experience in writing SQL Python PySpark statements.
  • Experience analyzing data to identify gaps and inconsistencies.
  • Experience in Azure Cloud environment
  • Experience managing and communicating data warehouse plans to internal clients.

 Preferred Qualifications:


  • Experience working with Spark and Databrick.
  • Experience working with PowerBi
  • Knowledge and practical application of Python, PySpark
  • Experience working autonomously in global teams.
