We are currently seeking a dynamic Marketing and Events Specialist to support and manage a wide variety of projects and processes within the Case IH North American Marketing Communications Team. This individual plays a critical role in the support, execution, and measurement of marketing initiatives for the Case IH channels. The Marketing and Events Specialist will support product lines, events, and digital assignments, organizing and ensuring the operation of marketing endeavors, from planning to implementation. The individual should have a firm grasp of the different marketing channels, tactics, and trends in social and digital media. This role will frequently interact with internal colleagues across segments and outside partners, including advertising agencies and other suppliers. Ideal candidates for this role should be creative and innovative, process-oriented, and well-organized.


  • Assist with marketing campaign planning, calendarization, and timelines in Workfront. 
  • Gather campaign results in conjunction with Senior Campaign Managers and agency partners.  
  • Implement marketing plans that include print, digital and social media content.
  • Support in planning and execution of photoshoots alongside Campaign Managers. 
  • Assist with Media/Asset Management - Post photoshoots. 
  • Support campaign managers in aggregating content and create timelines for both in-person, virtual events, and marketing campaigns online and offline assets.
  • Support digital/social executions and gathering of metrics/results for reporting on all campaigns 
  • Help with sending, tracking, and managing direct marketing/direct to customer campaigns.
  • Track POP kits and dealer chargebacks. 
  • In conjunction with Senior Campaign Managers, work with Product Marketing to lead and develop website content updates to ensure current content.
  • Lead development and execution of our lead generation strategy for trade shows, experiences, and campaigns 
  • Utilize Cvent to create and maintain all Case IH event registration sites in coordination with the event team. 
  • Manage various events from ideation, planning, execution, and post-event reporting with the direction of the event team
  • On-site management at numerous internal, customer, and dealer events
  • Additional responsibilities as required.


The qualified candidate will have: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Business or related field
  • 1+ years required experience in Marketing Communications, Social Media, Corporate Events, Brand Marketing preferably in a B2B environment

The ideal candidate will have: 

  • Strong verbal and written communications skills
  • Attention to details
  • Ability to meet deadlines and collaborate with a team 
  • Proficiency with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) 
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Ability to work with teams and collaborate
  • Time management and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
