CNH Industrial in Benson is looking for an Industrial Engineer with experience in the electrical field.



Responsibilities include:


  • Identify opportunities for process and method improvements using a variety of tools
  • Lead efforts to incorporate new concepts into existing systems with particular emphasis on productivity improvement.
  • Manage, with supervisors and area Manufacturing Engineering, the implementation of methods improvements identified.
  • Establish methods and standards for new/changed parts.   Analyze, document and implement corrections for process failures.
  • Provide production support in areas of safety, quality, throughput improvement, line balancing, engineering problems and cost reductions.
  • Develop justification for new capital equipment and manage the installation and startup of new equipment.
  • Utilize skills necessary to serve as a team leader to participate in a team environment to implement potential improvements.
  • Select correct tooling for new processes.
  • Participate in World Class Manufacturing team projects.


The qualified candidate will have:

  • Bachelor of Science Degree in an Engineering discipline is required

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 1-2 years of Electrical Engineering experience preferred.
