The HR Employee Experience Representative - New Holland leads the design and implementation of Human Resources programs that create a rewarding and professional environment promoting seamless communication, teamwork, and inclusion across the diverse employee base at the New Holland, PA facility.
Develop and lead informative employee programming which promotes employee inclusion and workplace satisfaction
Direct all aspects of special events, site and community outreach initiatives that contribute to corporate objectives, including concept proposal, supplier negotiation, contract administration, and budget analysis and execution
Provide oversight and guidance to the Wellness team to ensure a consistent, robust program is delivered throughout the campus
Provide support and counsel for employees on Human Resources policies and procedures
Serve as the corporate lead for various community programs/boards
Partner with Facilities and Safety teams in coordinating office moves, annual safety and evacuation training, business interruption processes
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration (or related field) with a minimum of 4+ years of experience in leading/facilitating comprehensive employee programs in the areas of Human Resource Principles; Special Events/Employee Relations; and Communications
In lieu of a degree, 6+ years of related work experience will be considered

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to resolve issues successfully and negotiate appropriate actions
Problem resolution skills, knowledge of business protocol, organizational awareness, and the ability to coordinate with various levels of management
Capable of dealing with sensitive matters in a professional and confidential manner
Awareness of diversity and an appreciation of people as individuals and how cultural differences are essential
Availability to support occasional evening and weekend corporate commitments
Driven, self-starter comfortable working with minimal supervision in a fast paced environment
