We are currently seeking a dynamic Junior Pricing and Programming Analyst responsible to develop, maintain and implement pricing, create sales incentive strategies in conjunction with Sales and Marketing and maintain competitive price comparisons to meet customers’ needs while providing a profit for the organization. The Junior Pricing and Programming Analyst will also participate in projects to improve processes and collaborate in cross product segment team activities. This position is open to a hybrid work schedule being remote and in the office a few times a week. 


  • Develops and implements plans to define product position, price, and growth approaches for existing and new products and services
  • Designs, implements, and maintains pricing infrastructures
  • Provides reporting and documentation of pricing structures and serves as the point-of-contact for internal pricing and programming inquiries
  • Evaluates effectiveness of pricing and programming strategies and modifies structures as needed
  • Documentation of departmental procedures and associated training

The qualified candidate will have:

  •  Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Data Analytics, Finance, Marketing, Ag Business or similar

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 3+ years of experience in pricing strategy, business development, sales, marketing, or operations  
  • 2+ years of interface or direct experience with dealerships
  • Experience leading and/or collaborating on projects and improvement initiative
  • Enjoy dynamic and fast pace environment
  • Superior PowerPoint, Excel and Word skills including experience supporting Management with presentations and communications
  • Knowledge of agricultural and construction products and industry experience
  • Knowledge of sales incentive programs and competitive equipment
  • Strong financial acumen
  • Strong understanding of dealer operations and activities
  • Customer service focus, both internal and external
