The Connectivity and Digital Support Specialist is a member of the Connectivity and Digital Support Team who will provide expert operational advice to dealership service departments and CNH Internal Personnel to:

  • Quickly answer operations questions from CNH dealers or from CNH Field Service representatives using personal knowledge, experience, and available reference sources
  • Work closely with technical support teams, field teams and other commercial teams to provide systems expertise on connected agriculture equipment 
  • Documenting all questions and data into a contact tracking application for:
    • Future reference by other internal people by: Creating additional documents that allow Dealers to search the self-help resources, and provide information to CNHi quality, engineering to identify emerging product or application issues and help improve reliability and serviceability of CNHI products, Statistical use, to help identify emerging product issues
  • Evaluate machine and/or system technology performance, diagnose component and system malfunctions, isolate problems and recommend solutions.


This position can be performed 100% remote and located anywhere in the United States OR Canada




Maintain a relationship with Technical Publications and Technical Training employees to provide feedback of current issues that dealerships are experiencing regarding connectivity or digital/off-equipment systems and features

Meet specific performance standards in terms of response time, calls managed, and quality of support

Help improve reliability and serviceability of CNH connected products

Author and maintain service information and solutions into the ASiST Knowledge database for Dealers to reference


Associates Degree in Agriculture or Technical field with 2+ years experience in a technical or agriculture capacity

OR High School with 4+ years experience in a technical or agriculture discipline


Preferred Qualifications:

Bilingual (French/English)

Bachelors Degree

Basic understanding of Precision Farming/Data Management systems and applications

Agronomy knowledge/experience

Familiarity with Dealership business practices relating to product support

Logical problem solving approach with a particular aptitude for electrical/electronic concern resolution

Familiar with methods used to troubleshoot or repair equipment

Prior field service experience

Ability to tolerate peak workloads; to deal with interruptions and; to maintain flexibility in a sometimes high-intensity environment
