The ICT Business Solution Specialist at CNH Industrial America in Racine, Wisconsin will be responsible for coordinating and managing the support of the 7 Material Resource Planning and Production control systems and the standard Warehouse Management packaged software used across the 10 North American Discrete Manufacturing Plants as a well as other supporting systems and integrations. Duties include coordination and resolution of all support issues for the core manufacturing systems across major vendor support providers and internal resources; working with vendor teams to ensure service level agreements are met; working with the plant stakeholders on issue resolution; collection, prioritization, and delivery of new business requirements across all legacy platforms for continuous business system improvements; setting policies, procedures, technical standards and methods; ensuring adherence to policy including SOX and internal audit requirements; project planning for initiatives involving legacy manufacturing systems changes. Role includes management of systems across diverse technical platforms including IDMS and VAX mainframe, AS400, Powerbuilder, and various packaged software.

Requires a Bachelor's degree in Computer Information Systems or a directly related field, plus five years of experience working with manufacturing IT applications in support of build to order manufacturing plants across multiple unique technology platforms. The five years of experience must include five years of experience with each of the following: (1) coordinating root cause system issues to resolution and planning resolution deployment among multiple facilities and functional teams; (2) business requirements definition and systems functional design; (3) vendor contracts management and oversight for technical services; (4) guiding the selection, installation and use of complex computing equipment and software; (5) experience in a manufacturing facility including shop floor processes and how they are supported by software and equipment. Must also have 3 years of work experience with each of the following: (1) Working with Material Requirements Management, Production Control, and Warehouse Management Software packages; (2) Management of ISO, SOX or other Audit controls, documentation, and yearly audit activities; and (3) setting and controlling budget for technical activities, programming, and related hardware.
