The Contract Processing Agent ensures timely and accurate funding of new CNH Industrial Capital retail and lease contracts. Individuals in this position will work and communicate directly with dealers, credit underwriting, and both Capital and brand sales teams to resolve contract issues.

Responsibilities

  • The Contract Processing Agent will ensure information on received contracts agree with our internal systems, including, but not limited to: customer name and address, equipment, program selection, rate/terms, fees, taxes, insurance, and required signatures.
  • The agent must research, follow up, and resolve contract issues in a timely manner. The agent will ensure all equipment liens are filed accurately and timely, while calculating and disbursing contract proceeds as appropriate.
  • Agent will comply with Delegation of Authority requirements and funding authority levels.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or 5+ years of banking, financial data entry, or administrative experience may be considered in lieu of degree

The preferred candidate will have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or Business Administration
  • Work experience in the financial services industry; prior experience with loan/lease contracts
  • Equipment product knowledge
  • Knowledge of state requirements and regulations (e.g., Uniform Commercial Code – UCC)
  • Ability to multi task while maintaining a high degree of critical thinking
  • Detail oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong PC skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, or equivalent software
  • Ability to adapt to new systems, policies and procedures
  • Ability to complete individual assignments while meeting overall team objectives
  • Ability to work flexible hours inclusive of overtime and Saturdays as business needs require
