***This is a hybrid position that will include remote and in-office work (anticipated to be 1-2 days per week in-office)


As the BI Analytics leader, you will be responsible for conducting analyses using advanced statistics and data mining techniques to enable decision making and delivering business value. You will also design, develop, and maintain reports and processes in support of the North America Aftermarket Solutions organization (Parts and Service). You will collaborate with multiple business functions including: Materials Management, Purchasing, Parts Life Cycle, Logistics, Finance, and Operations. The ideal candidate will be creative, enthusiastic, and a business-focused problem solver who is passionate about working with data and sharing actionable insights.


Develop, maintain, and utilize processes and reporting that will provide critical insight to the Aftermarket Solutions organization

Generates insights to determine root cause of KPI performance deviations

Work collaboratively with other departments to develop meaningful dashboards and reports

A client-service mindset and a desire to take on interesting and challenging projects. The scope and variety of work can change frequently depending on the current project portfolio



A Bachelor's degree in a business related field.

3 years of experience in supply chain or demand forecasting

3 years with reporting & BI tools: Cognos, QlikSense, Qlik View, Tableau, Power BI, etc.



The preferred candidate will have experience with the following:

Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to perform exploratory data analysis

Proficient at writing and automating reporting.

Advanced Excel Skills.

Understand data warehouse concepts, dimensional data models, and architectures.

You are a team player that encourages collaboration and has an intrapreneurial mind.

Exceptional attention to detail and ability to work effectively with minimal supervision.

Candidate must have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively balance conflicting goals while maintaining effective work relationships across functional areas

Candidate must be able to set clear priorities, meet deadlines, and have effective communications skills.


Skills that will set you apart:

Experience in Warehouse operations, Logistics, reporting and analysis.

Developer experience in Cognos 11 and Qliksense

Experience with SQL queries.
