As a Marketing Specialist in Precision Land Management you will represent the New Holland brand strategy for the Precision Solutions in the North American region, delivering best-in-class products and services to the market by championing the voice of the customer.


  • Identify new product opportunities & confirms the business case & value propositions throughout the New Holland Product lines
  • Interface between the market and the Product Development teams, driving the development of enhance product portfolio and solution for the region.
  • Ensures new product launch success through the region, collaboratively with other groups in the organization.
  • Analyze data and provide fact-based marketing recommendations to ensure quarterly and annual programs as well as pricing tactics support.
  • Serve as subject matter expert for product line, competitive line business intelligence & market trends, supporting the team of Field Specialist, Sales organization, and Dealers.
  • Work with key stakeholders to prioritize the key activities to enable target achievement.
  • Acts as a trainer on the product offering and in conjunction with the training group responsible for executing training of all internal personnel.
  • Together with Marketing Communications, provide on-time delivery of marketing materials that directly support market segment / sales needs and market share targets. Develops and delivers all required internal and dealer marketing and support materials
  • Collaborate with Commercial Marketing to develop all product related communications, promotional materials dealer / customer facing assets, photoshoots, technical writing and trade shows.


The qualified candidate will have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Agronomy, Business, Engineering, Marketing or similar.

The preferred candidate will have experience with the following:

  • Experience in agriculture or construction industry with knowledge of project management, competitive practices, and marketing strategies.
  • Team player with excellent communication and collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively across functions and geographies
  • Entrepreneurial mentality. Lead cross-functionally and get things done in unconventional and hands-on way (positive disruption).
  • Ability to learn and understand technical product information and explain how a product's systems work together to deliver value to the customer. (Data, Telematics, Automation)
  • Self-starter with a problem-solver mindset and proven track record performing well in a fast-paced dynamic environment with tight deadlines and changing priorities; ability to be flexible and resilient
  • Demonstrated analytical skills and ability to develop customer and market insights
  • Excellent listening, verbal and written communication skills (both technical and creative)
  • Strong Competency of Microsoft Office based programing. (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
  • Ability to travel at least 30% internationally
