This will be a hybrid position that includes working both in the Racine office and from home.


As the Aftermarket Logistics Specialist, you will manage the daily planning and execution of transportation inbound to our receiving center. This role will plan shipments, monitor carrier performance, and improve transportation service. This position will be in direct communication with the depots, suppliers, and material planners. This role will also participate in projects to continuously improve both costs and customer service.


Responsibilities include:

  • Strategic Planning and tendering shipments to the carrier base
  • Ensuring shipments are covered in a timely manner
  • Ensuring that carriers are following CNH protocols
  • Work directly with the carrier base to improve tender acceptance rate, on-time pick up and on time delivery.
  • Effectively communicate with internal/external parties to provide exceptional customer service and follow up on all pickup/delivery issues
  • Create, update, and train on standard operating procedures
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by utilizing internal and external systems (CSPS, CLICK, Carrier Websites).
  • Monitor KPIs and implement corrective actions when appropriate
  • Communicate and correct anticipated pickup/delivery issues
  • Execute and optimize transport considering cost and service level
  • Support continuous improvement projects within our depot network


The qualified candidate will have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in distribution or supply chain.
