The Human Resources Intern, Burlington, IA, will work within our Construction Brand! This intern will gain experience in general HR, training, and organizational psychology.

Responsibilities

  • Data entry
  • Assisting in HR office activities
  • Data analysis
  • Assist in the hiring and on-boarding process based on the facilities needs
  • Insight and exposure to employee interactions and experience on all levels
  • Participate in Human Error behavioral projects

Qualifications

  • Pursuing a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in a related degree area
  • Must have reliable transportation to get you to and from the facility
  • Prior experience in HR, Training, or Organization
