As Warranty Contract Specialist, you will work closely with the supplier recovery segment leaders and purchasing to evaluate and prepare the appropriate warranty agreement to cover supplier operations, to review current terms and conditions in order to maximize the recovery rate, and to discuss best warranty method strategy for current agreements. The contract manager is the lead of all warranty agreement negotiations with the suppliers.
You will be responsible to prepare warranty agreement drafts and keep the database in the SAP system updated according to the progress of the negotiation. You will also review policies and legal terms with our warranty and legal departments to ensure we are meeting our legal obligations. You will develop and revise, as necessary, all standard contract documentation. You will be responsible for preparing a roadmap for new agreements to be signed and current contracts to be reviewed.
The Warranty Contract Specialist will be the supplier warranty policy expert and will deliver training courses/support to suppliers and buyers to support the usage of current warranty systems.
