This feedback helps us develop our Current Products actively in the field today. The requests, improvements and defect solutions are all under the current product umbrella. CNH Industrial is currently seeking a talented Current Product Program Manager who will work directly with the product development teams and stakeholders to guide them through the methodology, define the project scope, build the schedule/timeline, and ensure accountability for all program deliverables.


  • Utilize Project Management Standards, Training, Process, Procedures, and Tools, Team Building
  • Provide Clear role expectations for Project Managers with scope boundaries for extended platform teams
  • Help escalate and resolve issues as needed to ensure smooth program execution
  • Provide insight into best practices (e.g. other outside experience, lessons learned, non-reversible corrective actions etc.)
  • Assist in identifying root-cause, systemic issues impeding the organization
  • Work with the Aftermarket Managers to help understand Make or Buy decisions
  • Work with the Product Marketing and Regional Program Managers to help identify key stakeholders
  • Understand the SBP and help identify KPIs for incremental projects
  • Maintain budget, scope and timing
  • Work with the Manufacturing Program Manager for product launch when applicable


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Project Management, Business Administration, or related discipline.
  • Minimum of 8+ years in product development
  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in project management and cross-functional team collaboration
  • Ability to hold others accountable
  • Ability to influence others, regardless of position power or organizational boundaries
  • Strong leadership and communication skills with ability to manage conversations and present across multiple levels of the organization
  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
  • Strong conflict resolution and change management principles and practices
  • Microsoft Project, or equivalent project planning software platform
  • Experience working with cross cultural teams and regions
  • Experience managing several projects simultaneously
  • PMP Certification preferred
