CNH Industrial has a great opportunity as a Product Support Specialist who is responsible for the technical support of the Advanced Farming System (AFS)/Precision Land Management (PLM) Connect Farm & Steyr S-Fleet web and mobile app. Serve as the liaison between the support teams throughout the world to triage, resolve and advance the issues to the appropriate engineering teams. Undertake all assigned tasks and responsibilities effectively and professionally in accordance with company, team and customer expectations.



  • Collaborate with the L1/L2 support teams throughout the world to triage, resolve and advance the Farm related issues.
  • Represent the voice of the customer to the engineering team for issue resolution.
  • Liaison with external software suppliers to resolve issues related to their solution.
  • Partner with Customer Support Planner to define, develop and release customer support tools to the global customer support teams that support Farm to provide them with the resources they need to address the basic customer needs.
  • Provide the OTKS customer support approval for the product that it meets the agreed upon features.
  • Collaborate with Product Validation to validate end-to-end product prior to release, detailing known issues and workarounds.


  • Bachelor’s Degree in related field
  • 5 years’ experience as a Product/Customer Support Specialist or similar role
  • Experience with Precision Agriculture software
  • Experience with mobile and cloud-based software
  • Self-motivated, team-orientated, and passionate about exceeding customer expectations
