CNH Industrial is building our next generation connected equipment that will light up new experiences and allow our customers to realize more value from our products and services. To bring these products to market, we are seeking a seasoned Dealer Tools Product Owner, who has deep understanding of connected vehicles, dealer-based go-to-market processes, and equipment management & maintenance operations to help support the launch of innovative solutions to advance the agricultural industry.


  • Own and manage development backlogs within the agile delivery framework. Create user stories/epics/product features and technical requirements. Document business value, priorities and minimum viable product. Translate research discoveries into usable and marketable product requirements.
  • Working with product management, develop the test/use cases for end-to-end customer experience. Determine acceptance criteria and metrics for delivering a solution that meets customer expectations.
  • Appraise new product ideas to determine their potential to address customer needs and to achieve goals in revenue growth and market share. Assist the platform manager in building the financial case for presentation to executive management for funding.
  • Participate with a matrixed team of product managers, system engineers, designers and developers across the full system development life cycle -- from experience definition to deployment, optimization and product life-cycle enhancements.


Required Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, Information Systems or Engineering in the following disciplines (mechanical, electrical, industrial, instrumentation, agriculture) OR a Technical Diploma with relevant experience and demonstrated leadership
  • 3 years of experience with automotive/heavy-equipment dealer operations systems, off-road vehicle management, vehicle service management systems, or fleet management systems and practices
  • 5 years of experience working in a product management, product marketing, product development role or training, support or account management of connected products
  • Demonstrated experience managing complex tasks with multiple stakeholders in a collaborative environment

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Hands-on experience with CNH agriculture dealer operations and practices
  • Knowledge of the agricultural products market and customer base
  • 2 years of experience designing, developing, or implementing connected equipment reporting and analytics solutions
  • 2 years of experience design, development, or implementing virtual goods purchasing, e-commerce, or parts management systems
  • Demonstrated experience and/or certification as a Product Owner, Systems Engineer, Value Stream Engineer, or Scrum Master
  • Working knowledge of web technologies including HTML5/CSS3, JavaScript, REST APIs, micro-services architecture, responsive web designs
  • Product development experience with web portals, Internet of things, connectivity platforms, mobile application development, software system security and privacy, Microsoft Azure
