The Hydraulics And Pneumatic Systems Intern will gain a basic understanding of hydraulics, components, and an understanding of the development cycle for Tractors. The intern will participate in basic design activities and interact with other design groups, test/labs, manufacturing, purchasing, and suppliers.

Responsibilities

  • Design Activities to support design, engineering release and evaluation of new designs and revisions to current hydraulic systems for Ag tractors
  • Support activities for planters, seeders, tillage, and tractors
  • Root cause analysis
  • Current product improvement
  • Supplier requests for change
  • Participation in design reviews and DFMEA’s
  • Support resolution of manufacturing and Service group requests
  • Support test/lab activities
  • Gain experience with Pro/E

Qualifications

  • Must be pursuing a minimum of a Bachelor's in Mechanical, Agricultural, Automotive, or Aerospace Engineering
  • Must have transportation to and from facility
