The Mechanical/ AG Test Engineer College Co-op will be involved in the below responsibilities! Read more about these exciting tasks you could be involved in! 

Responsibilities

  • Plan, set-up, operate, trouble-shoot, and monitor vehicle system tests and evaluations in lab and track environments. Determine required test instruments, install instruments, and perform calibrations
  • Install, set-up, and operate required test automation equipment to operate tests
  • Establish, follow, install, set-up, and operate required test automation equipment to operate tests
  • Determine if the components / systems under evaluation are operating per the intended design criteria
  • Trouble-shoot problems, determine and implement corrective action. Interface effectively with support groups and customers, such as Design Engineering, Materials Engineering, Manufacturing, etc
  • Collect and analyze test data, and use to identify trends, problems
  • Communicate data with others effectively. Write formal. technical test reports

Qualifications

  • Pursuing Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or AG Engineering
  • Have transportation to get you to and from the facility
  • Must live within a commutable distance of our Fargo, ND facility to work part-time throughout the school year
