  • Support platforms and product lines related to new technologies and techniques for Engine & ATS and ATS components and its integration in off-road vehicles
  • Supervise & Scan the marketplace for new developments and trends and find opportunities for off-road vehicles in terms of performance, sustainability, cost, ease of use or integration, customer friendly
  • Apply new technologies where possible to improve engine & ATS lifecycle quality and reduce warranty in all boundary conditions and vehicle missions
  • Drive consistency across the different AG & CE products, platforms, and product lines for new technology
  • Communicate in a structured and clear way across platforms and product lines and work closely together with all relevant team, suppliers, or organizations to strive for efficient results
  • Continuously trying to seek further improvements and optimizations related to Engine and ATS and its integration and share any relevant standard methodologies, benchmarking, or competitive information to enable the teams and the company to make the most beneficial choices and decisions for its products
  • Work on advanced functionality and innovation of Diesel and Gas Combustion Engines in combination with Hybrid Systems

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronic, Mechatronic Engineering or a relevant comparable degree
  • 5+ years as a hands-on technical/engineer or engineering lead
