CNH Industrial is currently expanding its Connectivity Platform focused around delivering the “end to end” solution to both our internal and external customers. We are growing our global connected equipment and functionality to maintain our position as the “connected leader.” CNH is looking for a seasoned Connectivity Program Manager to help execute these activities. This position will support our growth through individual project management and through our connectivity “enablers.” Enablers are the bookends for all connectivity solutions that ensure an unrivalled connected experience. This role will coordinate with all the Ag vehicle platforms on a global level with an emphasis on connected PS&T products. From budgets, product launch, and process governance, this cross functional position will help build a reputation for quality, on time development.    

 

 

 

Responsibilities

Responsibilities Include: 

  • Be the communication conduit for feature requests & prioritization between Product Management and Engineering
  • Lead & facilitate the change review board meeting and ingestion of new feature requests from Product Management
  • Ensure all Product Owners are focused on driving towards the global priority on a sprint-by-sprint basis
  • Create process flows & documentation where needed to support transition to a more agile development environment
  • Manage and maintain overall feature/program status by working cross-functionally with other CNH development groups and 3rd party providers to provide an End-to-End solution
  • Create and maintain a key milestone timeline for the connectivity software branch, highlighting trunk integration and validation status
  • Coordinate feature demos with key stakeholders where needed
  • Assist the platform manager in building the financial case for presentation to executive management for funding.
  • Ensure programs are maintained and delivered according to the CNH internal development process which expands across program inception, development, validation, and commercialization.
  • Prove stakeholder updates on schedule and product launch confidence across a complex delivery landscape.
  • Identify and manage risks across the program and the various delivery teams. Develop mitigation and communication plans and provide coaching and guidance to delivery leads on improving the risk profile of their projects
  • Position Pays 110,000 to 150,000

Qualifications

The qualified candidate will have:

 

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering 
  • 5 years of experience working in a project management, program management or product delivery role in both waterfall and Agile program methodologies.
  • 3 years of experience working with data processing, data management, telematics or IoT role.
  • 3 years of experience in SW development including SW release as the responsible owner
  • Location preference candidate would reside in Burr Ridge IL willing to consider remote candidates willing to travel monthly

 

The Preferred Candidate will have:

  • Hands-on experience with CNH agriculture products such as large tractors, combines, balers, sprayers, planters and tillage equipment or experience with CHN Farm and Fleet management systems
  • 5 years of experience with agriculture management systems and practices, off-road vehicle management, or precision farming operations systems.
  • Knowledge of agricultural and telematic data and how it is used by the grower and dealer ecosystems.
  • 2 years of experience designing, developing, or implementing connected equipment reporting and analytics solutions
  • Certified Scrum Master, Agile or other project management/program management certificates.
  • Experience with Microsoft Azure
  • Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills
