The Distribution Center Supervisor will be accountable for managing the inbound inventory product placement strategies, in addition to managing claims, returns, internal quality control, and inventory control plans. In order to support our organization, we are looking for a dynamic professional who is interested in learning our entire workflow within the distribution center. Our leaders will rotate every 12-18 months; rotations will include inbound, quality control and inventory, pick/pack, and outbound.


This is a full-time opportunity located at our Depot in Greenville, TX.



  • Utilize personnel and equipment provided as efficiently and safely as possible to ensure all receipts, packaging and shipping orders are completed on time
  • Plan, assign and supervise daily work assignments
  • Conduct daily communication meetings with employees
  • Maintain productivity and quality levels as set by Depot Manager
  • Perform monthly Associate performance reviews
  • Create and enforce a safe working environment
  • Create/Maintain an environment where employees are motivated to take ownership of responsibilities to increase productivity
  • Continuously look for areas to reduce warehouse backorders and quality errors while reducing costs
  • Resolve employee issues
  • Identify and implement process improvements


The salary for this position will most likely fall between $60,000 and $87,000 annually. (Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience and qualification for the role.)

  • Bachelor's Degree and at least one (1) year of supervisory experience; OR
  • Associate's degree and at least three (3) years of supervisory experience; OR
  • High School degree and at least five (5) years of supervisory experience
  • At least one year of experience working within quality control and/or inventory management in a distribution environment


The ideal candidate will have:

  • Strong Microsoft Excel competency
  • Process and people management experience in a distribution environment
