As a Data Analyst - Customer Marketing, you will be responsible for analyzing and supporting the CNH customer database. This position will collaborate with the North American CNH Industrial brand organizations (Case IH, New Holland, Case Construction Equipment) to identify data integration needs along with identifying opportunities to better communicate with our customers. This is an exciting opportunity for a self-starting change agent with an eye for detail, and the ability to solve problems. This role is a key point of contact for customer data integrations and managing the customer data.

 

This position is eligible for HYBRID flexible work arrangements!

Responsibilities

  • Build on-demand reports based on business needs
  • Support the creation of list criteria for direct mail and email campaigns for all brands
  • Analysis customer data to identify areas where we can connect with customer better
  • Apply analytical and visualization tools, such as Qlik Sense, to extract insight beyond the numbers
  • Support business users training and solution access
  • Support the management of the CNH Customer Database and be subject matter expert on customer data
  • Develop and maintain important dashboards and reports to guide impactful decisions to drive key performance indicators to end users
  • Working collaboratively with Information Technology team and the Commercial team to capture requirements for system / dashboard improvements and work through bugs
  • Support the streamlining of our MarTech stack

  • This position pays $60,000 - $87,000 (Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience and qualification for the role.)

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, or other closely related field with 2+ years in a business intelligence/data analysis role, market research. In lieu will accept Associates with 4+ years in a business intelligence/data analysis role
  • Intermediate to Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Exposure to programming languages as SQL, Python, R
