The Case IH Public Relations and Sponsorship Manager develops and implements marketing, branding and promotional campaigns to stimulate demand for all Case IH offerings, solutions and technologies related to Case IH customer and dealer experiences. This role is focused on public relations, sponsorships and influencer program management and will work closely with marketing team to integrate into larger campaign and brand initiatives.   

Responsibilities

  • Develops and implements a Brand Partners Program with key influencer and agriculture personalities through marketing, branding, and promotional campaigns to stimulate demand across the Case IH portfolio of offerings, solutions, and technologies.
  • Develops annual PR goals, planning and earned strategy, ensuring synergies between paid, owned and earned media
  • Work with PR agency on ongoing execution
  • Act as key point person in handling partnerships and sponsorship needs and gathering and managing influencer stories
  • Coordinates internal spokespeople
  • Working with cross-functional teams on editorial materials
  • Ensure PR agency is keeping up with regular monthly tracker of press mentions, earned speaking opportunities and award submissions/wins
  • Plans, implements, evaluates, and reports on success of the Partner Program strategy for marketing brand and products to various distribution channels (i.e., wholesalers, retailers, distributors).
  • Coordinates across department and agencies to source, collaborate and execute PR messages within the scope of the program.
  • Coordinates with internal stakeholders Marketing Managers, field, marketing communications, events and digital for development of marketing plans that support product demos used to support brand partners.
  • Provides input for training, education/competency, and technical assistance to the sales force and customers.
  • Assists in the development and coordination of content to be used in events, PR and social media channels.
  • Coordinates inventory of product solutions with all brand partners, including sponsorships and influencers across the organization and channel partners.
  • Manages budgets for all activities related to managing the PR, Sponsorship, and Influencer activities.
  • This position pays $90,000 - $137,000 (Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience and qualification for the role.)

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Marketing, or Communications or similar.
  • 6+ years of relevant experience creating, executing, and reporting on integrated marketing communications or PR plans.
  • Content creation and management in support of campaigns and activities.
  • Multi-channel writing skills to meet the needs of both traditional and digital channels.
  • 25% travel
