The Regional Strategy Manager will identify the agriculture segment strategy and priorities within the region. This position will coordinate a regional brand optimization plan and refresh the strategic business plan on a yearly basis. This person will be responsible to support regional presentations and provide updates on all the strategic analysis to the Global and regional Agriculture Senior Management. 


Industry assessment:

  • Complementary/adjacent market assessment in the Region, coordinating with Corporate Development and competition strategy benchmarking
  • Key driver of Regional Market Research needs for Strategic process and industry drivers and trends monitoring
  • Focus on Customer Segmentation improvement, Brands Perception and Positioning, Purchase Drivers

Strategy definition and execution pmo:

  • Lead vs Follow / Attack vs Defense approach definition by Product/Subregion
  • Continuous validation of brands set-up and positioning
  • Support regional go to market / business modeling for Precision AG and Alternative Fuels
  • Strategy execution PMO
  • Project Management of Critical initiatives of the Region
  • This position pays: $101,000 - $155,000 (Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience and qualification for the role.) 


  • Bachelor’s Degree, preferable in Engineering or Economics, MBA a plus
  • 10+ years of experience in Sales & Marketing, Business Dev., or Management Consulting
  • Advanced Powerpoint, Excel and Word skills
  • Strong analytical skills/complex modeling for Financial and Business Planning
  • Project management skills, facilitator for sophisticated teams to achieve results
  • Ability to develop strong and trustful relationship with senior managers and partners
  • Fluent English, other languages a plus
  • Up to 30% travel
