Responsibilities

In Precision Technology, we make iron smarter.  Our team members deliver innovative solutions helping our customers to be more productive, save time, lower costs, and to operate sustainably.  From vehicle displays, application controls, steering solutions, digital services and telematics, to fully autonomous driverless technology, we develop solutions that solve challenges for customers around the world. 

 

To bring these products to market, we are seeking a Release Train Engineer within the Precision Solutions Management, to drive the efficiency and maturity of an Agile Release Train within Digital and Precision Solutions.

 

  • Contribute to the advancement and maturity of product development within CNH Digital and Precision Solutions.
  • Mentor participants in train activities on the proper use and behaviors within the train. 
  • Evolve and refine the Agile Release Train processes and tools.
  • Facilitate retrospectives and apply to continuous improvement changes of the process.
  • Drive the Release Train dynamics for one of the Precision Solutions Management Release trains.
  • Contribute to the Communities of Practice to continue the growth and performance of CNH agile development practices.
  • Drive an aligned expectation of and by the leadership related to SAFe practices and principles.
  • Coordinate with platforms across the organization to educate them on the ways to integrate with and adopt SAFe principles in alignment with D&PS.

Position Pays $90,000 to 137,000 (Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience and qualification for the role.)

Qualifications

 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Project Management, Business Administration, or related discipline.  
  • Minimum of 6 years in product development or similar technical experience.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience applying SAFe practices to complex software and hardware systems.
