As a Dealer Communications Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting and coordinating dealer communications and managing the CNH Dealer Portal content and Lead Management tool. This position will consult with the North American CNH Industrial brand organizations (Case IH, New Holland, Case Construction Equipment) in the evolution and maturity of dealer communications channels, especially our proprietary Dealer Portal and email marketing tool, Marketo. This is an exciting opportunity for a change agent and problem solver, as you will be a key point of contact for aligning and simplifying dealer communications and tools through our digital transformation journey.

Responsibilities

  • Working collaboratively with internal and external partners to gather and document requirements for system enhancements
  • Liaison between our Information Technology team and the Commercial team to gather requirements for system enhancements and work through bugs
  • Manage and track system ticket requests and enhancements for the North American region
  • Monitor field communication channels and identify opportunities for improvement to promote clear and consistent messaging
  • Collaborate with our Brand communications teams to coordinate activities as needed
  • Define and implement processes with the CNH Industrial Brands to deploy B2C email campaigns
  • Assist brands in maintaining an accurate dealer list
  • Identify and create training for Dealers communications tools and systems
  • Drive innovation with content publishing, supporting the brands in implementing standard methodologies
  • Document best practices and governance for content publishing activities
  • Coordinate and monitor the maintenance, integrity, of the Marketo database for Dealer contacts
  • Develop and support dealer comms analytics
  • Maintains process flows and recommends process improvements by coordinating information and requirements with related operational/marketing departments and dealers
  • Manage projects that help support the brands communication and business objectives with dealers
  • Will act as a backup to B2C team members
  • This position pays $60,000 - $87,000 (Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience and qualification for the role.)

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree. In lieu of Bachelor's degree will accept an Associate's degree with an additional 2+ years experience with administration or marketing operations
  • 3+ years of related experience working with administration or marketing operations
  • Position will require up to 10% travel

Preferred Qualifications 

  • Intermediate to Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
