We are currently seeking a dynamic Parts & Service Support Specialist to manage region operations as key support function for the Director of Field Service and Parts Sales, focusing on regional market opportunity analysis and segmentation, regional sales program & marketing initiatives, training and content development, and quarterly regional business plans.  


  • Act as liaison between Marketing and the Regional team, supporting the development & execution of the strategic marketing plans to drive attainment of retail, wholesale and margin objectives 
  • Support Marketing and Field Staff to develop retail-based initiatives for business planning, dealer engagement, and overall benefits to the dealer network 
  • Support on training and implementing major CNH Initiatives related to generating dealer Parts Retail Sales and Service Retail Sales.  
  • Function as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) with CNH Parts & Service North America related to major training initiatives with the Aftersales Training Group. 
  • Dealer Strategic Projects: Consultant and assisting Marketing and Field Staff in the development of designated major strategic dealer projects specific to dealers. These projects will be identified by the Director. 
  • Support and planning with internal budget, assigned regional targets and attainment and monitoring of reporting 
  • Collaboration and delivery to field team on specific issues that need to be communicated 
  • This is a Remote position. #LI-Remote
  • This position pays: $60,000 to $87,500 (Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience and qualification for the role.)


  • Bachelor’s degree 
  • 3+ years of experience in a Marketing, Sales Support, or Parts & Service Experience 
  • Intermediate to Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
