CNH Industrial is building the next generation connected vehicles and equipment that will light up new experiences and make our products smarter. To bring these products to market, we are seeking a multidimensional go-getter UI/UX Designer with vast experience in mobile, responsive web, Google Material Design and multi-platform services.


  • Collaborate with product owners and UI/UX designers to understand research needs
  • Create research plans that provide deep customer insights to support UX strategy as well as current product.
  • Identify research objectives for multiple products across all platforms (display, web and mobile)
  • Participate in conducting and analyzing user research, concept research, usability testing, task-based usability sessions, and large customer engagement
  • Participate in planning the interview including composing research questions and creating an interview guide
  • Conduct the interview
  • Participate in analyzing interview data
  • Coordinate finding for presentation to brands and platform teams
  • Implement user research tools that will allow for scalability and rapid lean testing
  • Advocate, mentor and implement best practices in UX
  • Other duties as assigned.

Position pays $91,300 to $132,000 (Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience and qualification for the role.)



  • Associate’s degree in UI/UX or Graphic Design, or related technical field.
  • Minimum 3 years related experience required; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with team members and leadership staff.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work in a team as well as independently.
  • Ability to work at a fast pace efficiently.
