The Case IH Marketing & Communications Manager is responsible for directing and managing the brand communications strategy with differentiating, engaging messaging and creative using an omni channel approach based on each customer segment and North America region. They are the caretakers of a 180+ year old iconic brand with a focus on innovation and sustainability for the future success.


This role will lead communications strategy and execution across the marketing mix (Digital, PR, TV/CTV, promotions, etc.); where cross-functional collaboration with internal stakeholders like Product, Sales, Finance, Network Development & Commercial Services, as well as external agency partners is paramount in order to plan breakthrough dealer and experiences. This person develops and implements creative tools/techniques enabling sales excellence and market acceptance of new products and other business critical initiatives. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker who has the ability to set and meet aggressive deadlines in a fast-paced, hands-on matrixed environment.


  • Lead Marketing Communication team of 5-8 people and develops brand strategy.
  • Work closely with Marketing Managers to establish marketing communications strategy and objectives. Plan and implement tactics with responsibility to establishing budgets and measuring effectiveness of program.
  • Develops and manages Marketing Communications strategies, messages, and content from clear marketing objectives and plans.
  • Leads annual communications planning and associated tasks, including market trends, opportunities, and threats. Works with each business unit to consolidate market data and summarize a competitive analysis for the division.
  • Serves as main contact for agency of record and other vendor partners.
  • Ensure adherence to corporate branding, integrating guidelines into programs and execution.
  • Provide guidance to their team and influence skills to drive adoption of new communication approaches, leveraging channels to help meet marketing objectives.
  • Evaluate processes and procedures to optimize effectiveness
  • Negotiate competitive project bids and manages work with vendors.
  • Responsible for all advertising and paid media for North America.
  • Manage performance analytics program for program optimization and demonstrating marketing effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with digital manager to develop digital strategy that creates superb customer experiences and strengthens the dealer network.
  • Frequently interact with supervisors, customers and/or functional peer group managers and senior management.
  • This position pays: $101,000 - $155,000 (Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience and qualification for the role.) 



  • A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or related field.
  • 7+ years of progressive marketing leadership experience in marketing, communications, public relations and/or advertising.
  • Demonstrated ability to strategically and tactically organize, structure and handle multiple projects simultaneously, paying particular attention to detail, and mobilizing others to achieve objectives within a matrixed organization.
  • Experience in identifying and evaluating potential marketing events, managing schedules/logistics and measuring return on investment.
  • Very responsive, with a customer-centric approach and serve a wide range of needs within the organization and at all levels.
  • Self-motivated, organized with ability to work effectively as a member of a team and independently with minimal direction. Strong analytical, planning and negotiating skills.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills with the ability to adapt communications to different audiences and build consensus to drive results.
  • Be creative and possess problem solving skills.
  • 2+ years in people leadership.
  • Knowledge of business-to-business marketing (Agriculture and/or industrial).
  • Ability to travel up to 20% of the time.
