We are currently seeking a versatile Business Support Specialist to handle region operations as a key support function for the Regional Sales Director (RSD), focusing on region market opportunity analysis and segmentation, regional sales program & marketing initiatives, region-specific demand planning and availability/inventory management, and quarterly regional business plans. Ideally, a person in this position would be located within our West region, in Arizona, Washington, Colorado, or close to a major airport in the western part of of the country.

Responsibilities

  • Act as connection between Marketing and the Regional team, supporting the development & execution of the strategic marketing plans to drive attainment of retail, market share and margin objectives
  • Assist the TBM to build and improve Prospects based on the available Marketing programs, leads, promotions
  • Collaborate with Marketing and TBM to develop sales programming & promotional materials for effective communication of product value, features and benefits to the dealer network
  • Serve as liaison between marketing, product management and field sales team.
  • Support the RSD and the TBM on regional order writing objective setting to achieve wholesale, retail and inventory targets
  • Drive the Reflow management activity at regional level, granting alignment with Commercial Operations (Quarterly and Annual Forward looking comparisons; Order Writing Allocation adjustments for ending inventory management; Retail (PO) opportunity and risk management)
  • Aid the RSD and Commercial Operations in the Incentive Compensation Management (Target definition and communication to the field team; Achievement to target reporting and communication; Focal point for IC at regional levels)
  • Consolidate the Market Intelligence information at regional levels (Competition, Product offering, Market forecasting)

Qualifications

The qualified candidate will have:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 3+ years of experience in a Marketing, Sales Support, Demand Planning, or Product Specialist related position
  • 3+ years of experience in Microsoft Suites.
  • Preferred basic CNH Industrial product knowledge
  • 3+ years of experience in Data Base management.

Compensation & Benefits: We offer competitive compensation with multiple benefit (medical/dental/vision) options to meet your individual needs. Position Pays $83,000 to $120,000 (Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience and qualification for the role.) Eligible for sales incentive plan of 10%.
