The GNSS Network Specialist will lead local development, maintenance and support of the Real Time Kinematic (RTK) services provided to CNH Industrial customers. The Specialist will work and interface with the Precision Technology organization.


  • Drive and support CNHi dealers in the setup of RTK infrastructures
  • Monitor and improve the quality of the correction services provided to CNH Industrial customers, aligning and ensuring integration of local developments into the regional RTK activities
  • RTK Network layout, government permits, define new locations, help on GPS base stations and repeater installations, surveying
  • Configuration and maintenance of network servers and applications – GEO++ GNSMART Software
  • Maintenance and optimization of local RTK reference network
  • Monitoring signal strength and correction signals
  • Ongoing project planning and executing of the plan
  • Customer database, subscriptions and administration
  • Supporting marketing promotion of RTK network together with local Case IH and New Holland marketing
  • Dealer/customer telecom subscriptions and link to any CNH Industrial portal
  • Give internal partner training and develop instructional material
  • Conduct testing and validation of network infrastructure components and processes
  • Design and continually develop operational processes, developing tools to assist collaboration, integration and services delivery
  • Ensure the performance, quality, and reliability of the system as a whole
  • This position pays: $71,000 - $102,000  (Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience and qualification for the role.)


  • Bachelor’s degree in related field or a minimum of 3+ years of experience in Network Management, Surveying, Information Technology or Geomatics Engineering, or related field.
  • Technical knowledge of Telematics products such as modems, antenna, and web-based portals
  • Technical knowledge of GPS correction services, or high-end GPS land-based applications
    • CORS, NTRIP, or RTK
  • Basic to Expert knowledge of Windows 2012/2016 Server operating system as well as IT networking related topics
  • 10-15% Travel required. Must be able to obtain Passport
