CNH Industrial is building our next generation of precision solutions and connected equipment that will light up new experiences and allow our customers to realize more value from our products and services. To bring these products to market, we are seeking a Cloud Services Program Manager within the Precision Solutions Portfolio team, to drive the development and launch of innovative precision automation & autonomy solutions to a global customer market.


Responsibilities include:

  • Drive the initiatives on cloud services and data infrastructure to enable CNH Industrial digital solutions.
  • Work together with the Product Management, Cloud, and Embedded platforms to ensure successful delivery of end-to-end precision and digital solutions for our customers.
  • Mobile applications, machine control solutions, Cloud infrastructure, data analytics, cellular communications, and more.
  • Manage multiple programs in parallel to ensure invention, proof of concept, and product delivery projects are all progressing at the necessary pace for a continued stream of value to the market.
  • Integrate PMI principles with Agile SAFe delivery frameworks to supervise and manage the status, risks, and support needs for the programs.
  • Develop mitigation and communication plans and provide mentorship and guidance to delivery leads on improving the risk profile of their projects.
  • Interact with all fields within CNH to ensure a robust delivery of product solutions is accurately planned, supervised, and implemented.
  • Engage with Product Owners to ensure technology delivery plans are progressing as needed.
  • Connect with Product Verification and Validation teams to ensure releases are progressing with quality.
  • Engage with Commercialization teams to certify market readiness is in place.
  • Engage with internal teams to confirm supporting projects are balanced and healthy.
  • Support the capacity and competence planning of our resources to ensure portfolio delivery needs can be met.

Position Pays $99,000 to $150,700 (Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience and qualification for the role.)


The qualified candidate will have:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Project Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years in product development
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in project management and multi-functional team collaboration
  • Strong leadership and communication skills with ability to manage conversations and present across multiple levels of the organization
  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail, conflict resolution, and multi-tasking skills
  • Experience managing several projects simultaneously, working with cross cultural teams and regions
  • Willingness to study and acquire PMP certification

Ideal Candidate experience:

  • Experience in Cloud services and data infrastructure is preferred
  • Precision Agricultural or Vehicle Automation background and PMP Certification is a plus
  • Program management office (PMO) experience PMO
