The Product Support Team Lead is a member of the Technical Support Organization. This group has two primary roles within the North American CNH Industrial operations:

  • Provide expert technical advice to dealership service department technicians as well as to the CNH Industrial Field Service people
  • Create and maintain service information and solutions into the ASIST Knowledge database for Dealers to reference.

We are seeking an engaged, collaborative, and solution-focused professional who is interested in supporting high horsepower tractor product lines.

The ideal candidate will be near Racine, WI - Ames, IA - or New Holland, PA.

Responsibilities

  • Support a team of Technical Support employees during their day-to-day operations
  • Assist with difficult, high profile, or complex customer, dealer or field situations and provide guidance on next steps
  • Handle customer, dealer or field inquiries, as needed, during times of significant volume to help the team achieve its performance goals
  • Provide any issues or concerns to the Technical Support Manager regarding employee performance that may need assistance or improvement
  • Provide any issues or concerns to the Quality Organization regarding product performance that may need assistance or improvement
  • Facilitate meetings and shadowing experiences with outside departments and personnel, as needed
  • Participate in various projects, both internal and external to the team, as a subject matter expert
  • Assist in developing and administering mitigation plans to action when product related crises occur

 

The salary offered will most likely fall between $83,000 and $120,000 annually. (Actual salary offered will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience and qualification for the role.)

Qualifications

 

  • Associates Degree and three (3) years of experience in mechanical, electrical and/or hydraulics with agricultural or industrial machinery OR
  • High school diploma and five (5) years of experience in mechanical, electrical and/or hydraulics with agricultural or industrial machinery
  • At least three (3) years' experience working with engineering drawings and/or engineering bill of materials
  • Ability to travel up to 20% annually

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in an Engineering, Technology, Agricultural Sciences, or related field
  • At least one year of experience in a supervisory or management role (people and/or process)
  • At least three years of experience with direct product or customer support experience
  • Basic proficiency in MS Office Suite
