We are actively seeking a motivated Manager- Product Customer Service Center to join our team in Racine, WI.  In this role, you will lead a team of production schedulers, customer service specialists, and material coordinators to support production of large complex tractor assembly, component assembly and grey iron machining production manufacturing operations plant. 


Responsibilities include: 

  • Builds the monthly operation plan driving overall plant forecast & production plans
  • Driving order to delivery execution by working with commercial sales, manufacturing operations, engineering, finance and materials. 
  • Routinely reviews customer demand and supply chain resources to update and flex production to react to dynamic scheduling changes (master scheduling).  
  • Manages the tire & wheel supply chain for large tractor assembly

The annual salary for this position is $101,000-155,000  (Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience and qualification for the role.)


The qualified candidate will have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Materials/Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Management, Engineering or other technical field of study and a minimum of ten (10) years of professional experience is required.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Strong planning, analytical thinking and problem solving skills are required to build strong and effective cross-team partnerships to accurately forecast anticipated demand inventory supply and customer lead times based on sales forecast, actual demand and capacity. Proficiency in material requirements planning systems/software.
