The Technical Training Instructor (Utility Tractors, Compact Tractors, and/or Hay tools) will deliver Service Training courses in support of Agriculture brands for external and internal customers. We are looking for a self-motivated and team-oriented individual to create and deliver training curriculum on assigned products while maintaining a professional training environment. This person will communicate with Technical Support, Product Management, and field personnel to identify training needs and areas for improvement to achieve product support training goals.


The ideal location for this individual will be within a reasonable driving distance to the corporate office in New Holland, PA. This job will require consistent onsite work.


  • Deliver Technical Training courses for dealer service technicians, field personnel and internal company personnel.
  • Assist the Development group to create training support materials on current products.
  • Assist other product support areas (Technical Support and Technical Publications) as required.
  • Maintain equipment inventory for assigned products to support Service Training needs.
  • Ensure training courses and materials meet department guidelines including pre-post testing and standard course evaluations.
  • Coordinate travel, supporting material and equipment logistics for onsite and offsite training courses.
  • Work at offsite locations to present localized training. (Approx. 30 % of the time).


The salary offered for this position will fall between $71,000 and $102,000 annually. (Actual salary offered will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience, and qualification for the role.)

  • Associate's Degree and a minimum of three years of mechanical or training experience OR
  • High School Diploma with a minimum of five years of mechanical or training experience
  • 1+ years of product or customer support experience
