As a System Requirements Engineer you will be responsible for ensuring overall form, fit, and function of new or current products when integrated into a single, complete system. 


  • Create detailed systems specifications for precision hardware/software.
  • Develop vehicle embedded system requirements for product improvement projects.
  • Support development of vehicle platform architectures to be used as reference designs.
  • Support development of software models from requirements, using Model Based Design, maximizing reuse of sub-components, and assuring readability and maintainability.
  • Establish and maintain requirements traceability and stability.
  • Perform verification (compliance) analysis using test data.
  • Participate in resource planning, project schedule design and Safety Analysis reviews.
  • Review progress of projects and provide weekly progress updates to stakeholders.
  • Prepare reports consistent with program requirements, CNHi development processes and recommend processes improvement.
  • This Position pays: 90,000-137,000 (Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience and qualification for the role.) 


  • Experienced engineer with 5+ years of career experience, with Bachelor's degree in Engineering or other related technical field. 3+ years experience with Master's degree. PHD entry level. Or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience with V-Model and Agile.
  • Knowledge of ISO 11783 specification and ISO Bus implementation.
  • Understanding of automotive network protocols such as ISOBUS, J1939, CAN, LIN, XCP, UDS.
  • Experience with tools such as Polarion, DOORS, JIRA, Gerrit, Git.
  • Experience utilizing MS Project.
