The WL PE Electrical Integration Engineer with Wheel Loader Product Engineering is responsible for supporting global product development activities to continuously improve the wheel loader product line for our customers.  This product engineer will work closely with the wheel loader product engineering managers as well as other CNH groups such as vehicle electrical, digital, and other cross functional teams.

• Execute Wheel Loader specific wire harness routing, terminal selection and creation of schematics.
• Control Wheel Loader specific bracketry that supports electrical harnesses and components.
• Support troubleshooting of issues as they may occur from electrical perspective. This includes hands on vehicle work with diagnostic equipment and tools. 
• Support and drive the commonality of technical solutions across CNH Industrial product lines.
• Represent Wheel Loader Product Engineering in Design reviews, DFMEAs, Risk assessments and other technical meetings supporting wheel loader electrical and electronic systems and development.

Compensation & Benefits

The salary range for this position is $88,000 - $127,000 annually
(Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience and qualification for the role.)

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with emphasis in electrical engineering or other electrical/electronics engineering discipline
• 3 plus years of experience in off-road CE or AG design and development of vehicle electrical and electronic machine systems, architecture, and integration. 

Preferred Qualifications

• Ability to complete 2D and 3D wiring routing and Capital skills for harness routing and schematic creation.
• Ability to use 3D CAD for creation of basic brackets and assemblies.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Powerpoint Excel, Word, etc.)
• Experienced with problem solving methodology with ability to work in a cross functional team and effectively communicate issues, ideas, concepts, and solutions with internal stakeholders and management.
• Ability to influence others, regardless of position or organizational boundaries, and drive collaboration
• Ability to travel both domestic and internationally up to 10%.
